I believe in being up front and transparent about my legal fees. Each estate plan is based upon my time investment to build a foundation for you. Each plan includes all planning sessions, phone calls and emails, the documents detailed below, a review/signing session, and any necessary follow up. At our initial planning session, I will outline a variety of additional planning options based upon you, your family, your concerns and wishes, and your assets. As we build your estate plan together, I will clarify whether there will be any additional fees involved.

Will plans for individuals begin at a flat rate of $1,500.

Will plans for couples begin at a flat rate of $2,000.
Living Trust plans for individuals
Living Trust plans for individuals begin at a flat rate of $1,750.
Living Trust plans for couples
Living Trust plans for couples begin at a flat rate of $2,250.

Additional Estate Planning services
I also offer standalone Estate Planning services, including Estate Plan funding, deed preparation, Will codicils, Living Trust amendments, Living Trust restatements, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. I will provide you with either a flat rate quote or an estimate based upon my hourly rate of $250 during our initial planning session for any additional Estate Planning services.
Business Planning Services
Each business plan is based upon my time investment to establish the business model that best meets your needs. Each plan includes all planning sessions, phone calls and emails, the documents detailed below, a review/signing session, and any necessary follow up.
Limited Liability Companies
LLC plans begin at a flat rate of $1,000.
Corporations
Corporation plans begin at a flat rate of $1,250.
Non-Profit Formation
Formation of a Non-Profit begins at a flat rate of $3,000
LLC Business Plan
Every LLC business plan will include the following:
- Business name search and review
- Articles of Organization
- Obtaining an EIN
- Drafting an Operating Agreement
- Annual minutes templates
- Filing Beneficial Owner report with FinCen
- Access to my secure client portal
Corporation Business Plan
Every Corporation business plan will include the following:
- Business name search and review
- Articles of Incorporation
- Obtaining an EIN
- Drafting ByLaws
- Annual minutes templates
- Filing Beneficial Owner report with FinCen
- Access to my secure client portal
Non-Profit Formation
Formation of a Non-Profit will include the following:
- Establishment of a Corporation, including everything to the immediate left
- IRS Power of Attorney
- Determination of IRS Form 1023 filing eligibility
- Application for Recognition of Exemption (501c3)
- Determination of Michigan exemption status from COSA and/or STCPA
- Solicitation license registration
- Charitable Trust registration
- Filing Beneficial Owner report with FinCen
Additional Business Planning services
I also offer standalone Business Planning services, including deed preparation, amended Articles of Organization/Incorporation, annual record book reviews, annual minutes preparation, name search and review for name changes or assumed names, and business succession planning services. I will provide you with either a flat rate quote or an estimate based upon my hourly rate of $250 during our initial planning session for any additional Business Planning services.
